Jay’s suggestion to modify our design and take the new insulated roof back to the house was brilliant. Dennis’s design drawings, Peter’s building work, your management and coordination of the job, were all superb.

We found every one of your employees whom we had contact with, to be very friendly, down-to-earth, and gave us excellent advice.

We would be happy to give you and your company our highest recommendation, and would definitely use you again if we required any further work on our home.

Inntec Refurbishments built a large covered deck at our home in Woody Point. Not only has the deck given us a huge and beautiful outdoor room; it also doubles as a carport for us to park underneath it. We were very happy with the whole process, from meeting the designer through to completion of the job. Our builder was fantastic – very meticulous about his work and keeping a clean work site. We would certainly recommend Inntec and would be happy to use them again in the future.

“Our building project was a large room extension to the back of our house to give us an undercover outdoor kitchen and dining area. Our house is on a sloping block and access to the building area was difficult. Inntec designed (design by JAY) and constructed the new building so it blended in with our existing house and roof line. Despite the difficult access Cameron Innes produced a high quality product that was built on time and budget.

During the building process Cameron ensured that the highest quality in construction was maintained; he was flexible; they kept the impact on us to the minimum and he interacted actively with the neighbours to eliminate any problems.

We would highly recommend Cameron Innes and Inntec Refurbishments to anyone looking to have a good quality house extension built on a difficult site in a short time for a reasonable amount. We are very happy with our final product”

Elisabeth and I would also like to convey our gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work and professionalism throughout the course of our project. The result is outstanding and we are really happy with everything. The little ‘flaws’ at the end (there always is 1 or 2) were dealt with quickly and really well. The louvers that are now in place look great and they work brilliantly….we’ve had a good down poor and deck area was as dry as a bone.

We’d like to convey how impressed we were with Adam and Cameron too ! They represent your business unbelievably well, they worked extremely hard, they were polite, punctual, respectful (of caring for our things), knowledgeable, and basically just did an outstanding job. Thanks very much to the lads for everything they did.

We will gladly pass on your details to friends and family when they enquire about the work, who did it, etc.

No need for further information about decks/deck roofs as Inntec’s design and installation of our deck roof is a first-class job with which we are extremely pleased.
