Inntec Refurbishments is a family building business, specialising in domestic renovations, that has been in operation since 1979.The managing director of the company is Cameron Innes who is a civil engineer by profession and has had 36 years experience in the building industry. Our site staff consists of quality carpenters, apprentices and labourers; and selected subcontractors.

Inntec Solatec's goal is to deliver to you a top quality building project with a minimum of fuss and worry. We understand that any renovation to your home is an upset to your normal routine, so we aim to minimise this by working efficiently, communicating with you, and keeping your home clean and secure.

The company BSA building licence is No 1049418. Cameron is the nominee and his personal building licence is No 12927. The history of both of th numbers can be checked on the internet site of the Building Services Authority.
